We do not bill by the hour. You get something that works, and we stay on the hook for keeping it that way.
They read your documents, handle customer questions, move data from one system to another and pull in a person when a case gets out of their depth. Nothing goes live untested, spending stops where you set it, and every decision leaves a trail.
The numbers now scattered across ten spreadsheets, on one screen that makes sense at a glance. They refresh themselves, they take questions in plain English, and they flag whatever drifts, so nobody sits waiting for the Monday report.
The program your business needs and nobody sells in a box: the screens, the plumbing into what you already run, the rollout, and enough monitoring that an angry customer is never the one who tells you it broke. In a browser or installed, hosted wherever you want it.
How we work
Every stage ends with something you can open and click. If an idea is not going to work, we find that out in week two, while it is still cheap.
We watch how the work happens today, with whatever is already in place. You end up with a written scope that names what we are not building, because that is the half that prevents arguments later.
The riskiest piece gets built first, small and working. Ten minutes with something clickable settles the argument that two meetings could not.
Something shippable every two weeks, ready to deploy as it stands. Nothing is saved up for one grand unveiling at the end, which is where misunderstandings collect.
From then on it lives on our infrastructure: monitored, backed up and updated without you filing a request. You use it and tell us what needs to change; the rest is our job.

A Windows and macOS desktop app that hands the operator a rack of players with cue and transport, in sync with vMix during a live show. Signed installer, sold on subscription.
Production tooling
A browser studio that turns out map videos and branded lower thirds with the channel look already applied. An afternoon of editing becomes a couple of minutes.
Live dashboard
Continuous readings from the hardware, history we keep ourselves, and a dashboard that reads clearly on a phone. No dependence on a vendor cloud that changes its plans one morning and takes your history along.
FAQ
It stays yours, and you can walk away with it. Where the model runs is settled before any code exists: on a server of ours, inside your own network, or with a provider that does not train on what you send. If anything leaves for a third party, the paperwork names it.
A fixed price per project when the work is well understood, and a monthly fee when what you need is somebody keeping it alive. We agree on the number before starting, and it does not move because the job took us longer than we thought.
We do, and that is how it ships: on our infrastructure, monitored, backed up and updated, for a monthly fee. If your own policy says it has to sit inside your network, we deploy it there and keep operating it from where we are.
That is half of our work. We read and measure what is already there before proposing anything: a rewrite from scratch is the most expensive way to fix a small problem.
Yes. The team works in Spanish and English and is used to juggling time zones. Invoices come from a United States LLC.
